Disenz means dissent: disagreement with the prevailing, consensus, general opinion, masses, diktat, authoritarian repression, political regime, hegemonic ideology.

In undemocratic and authoritarian societies dissent is considered something subversive, harmful and blasphemous, therefore it is generally forbidden and persecuted.
